AUTOPAY FEATURE

Automatic Payments will begin with the next unbilled statement cycle after the submitted form has been received.

A. If Automatic Payments cannot be established as requested, an e-mail will be sent to you with a brief explanation of any issues. This may cause a delay in set up of your Automatic Payments. You will still be responsible to make any billed payments until automatic payments have been established.

B. Billing statements that generate after Automatic Payments are established will state that the payment amount due will be withdrawn from your deposit account or credit card on the payment due date. Please contact 211 Mora Student Living via e-mail to inquire on whether the Automatic Payments have been established on your account.

C. Your Automatic Payment will be debited from your Bank account or Credit Card on each due date. This will occur even if you elect to make additional payments outside of the Automatic Payment, or request an Automatic Payment amount that is greater than your contracted payment amount.

D. Your Automatic Payment Due Date will be your contractual due date.

E. If your due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the Automatic Payment will be debited from your Deposit account or Credit card on the following business day.

How Autopay Works

AutoPay is a secure, easy, and convenient way to pay your rent online. You just sign up to pay your rent automatically, and we deduct a credit card of your choosing, the monthly amount you owe for your rental unit. You don’t have to worry about dropping payment in the mail, being late or missing a due date. Everything is taken care for you.

How it Works

1. Enrollment

When making an online payment, simply select “Sign me up for AutoPay!” on Step 4 of 5 and we take care of the rest. If you decide you no longer want to use AutoPay, you can cancel it at any time.

2. Transaction Fee

There is a convenient fee of 3.1% per transactions, which will be charged in addition to your Payment Amount. You can use your debit card or credit card (e.g., VISA, MasterCard, Discover) to pay your rent.

Advantages

1. Convenient

If you get busy with school projects, your rent gets paid. If you’re visiting your parents, your rent gets paid. If you forget what day of the month it is, your rent gets paid. Plus, no more mailing payments, writing checks or visiting payment centers.

2. Secure

We use the latest encryption and security measures to ensure your online payment is protected. (If you think about it, when you drop your payment in the mail, it passes through A LOT of strangers’ hands — creating numerous opportunities for identity theft.)

3. Easy

It’s really easy to sign up and get enrolled.
