LOOKING FOR A SAFE SHARED HOUSING ARRANGEMENT?
We are following CDC guidelines for shared housing including sanitizing all common areas 2x per day, providing sanitizer spray in all common ares, allowing no more than 2 people for any shared bathrooms, signage to wear masks in common areas, wash hands regularly, spray common areas after use and no personal items to be left in any indoor common areas. We are also fogging outdoor walkways and railings regularly and all leases have an addendum to require tenants to follow CDC guidelines. We are doing it all at no extra cost to tenants!
