The Complex

211 Mora is a 10 apartment complex, 3 stories, 2 buildings of 5 apts, split by the driveway to the back parking lot. Total available parking spaces is 30, Initially 3 per household available, rental is $30/month. If the 3 spaces don’t get rented then we will put the left over spaces to a general pool for the other apts/students to rent if they need more than 3 spaces in another apartment (first come/first serve).

Each apartment can houses 8 students (total 80), 5 full baths, 2 Washer/Dryer one on 2nd and 3rd floors, 8 individual kitchen cupboards, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove.

Rents will range from $950 to $1,500 per room. Double occupancy rate $750/student.
There’s an additional flat fee for Utilities per student.

211 Mora is conviently located just at walking distance to downtown (Pacific ave) and bus stop to school.

There is an additional flat fee for utilities per month, per student and a $250 Cleaning Fee that is paid every year with lease signing/renewal. This will allow for 2 professional cleanings of the common area per month.

  • Second floor, front facing room (street view)

2-3 – $1,200/$1,400 double

  • Second floor, front facing room with private bathroom and balcony
  • Built-in shelving unit, no closet

3-1 – $1,075

  • Third floor, back facing room (parking lot)
  • Shares bathroom with 3-2
  • Vaulted Ceiling

3-2 – $1,300/$1,500 double

  • Third floor, front facing room (street view)
  • Shares bathroom with 3-1
  • Only room allowed to act as “Double”
  • Add $150 to price for additional person
